Cole bombing, and the attack on the U.S. Embassy and Marine Barracks in Beirut all evoke strong emotions among members of the military and civilians alike. Most can tell you about the attacks, where they were – what happened – and sometimes even who did it. But how many people can tell you about what happed in response to the attacks? Were the perpetrators brought to justice? How were they found? How were they captured or killed? Payback looks at the intricate cooperation between law enforcement agencies, intelligence agencies and militaries around the world, and the delicate and audacious missions they embark on to bring justice to their enemies.
